How to arrive to examination and treatment in ICDC

It is possible to get in the examination and treatment by two ways:

• On budget base
• On off-budget base

The steps for budget base acceptance:

The patients having direction lists form medical and preventive establishments of Kazan city and the Republic of Tatarstan come to the reception department of ICDC, then get entrance card in inquiry counter and come into register office of the reception department to the registrars, where they are registered in the data base and are directed to profile consulting physician. The physician determines the sufficiency of the direction and hospitalization. In case of sufficiency of the direction, the consulting-physician records the patient for hospitalization on certain date (by order in waiting list)

Hospitalization

On appointed day the patient comes with his direction list, and with necessary minimum of analysis done, with insurance polis and passport to the consulting-physician. Here the case-record is drawn and the first examination of the patient is held. Then the escort service of the reception department accompanies the patient to the department and ward. After examination of the patient by physician together with Head of Department in the department, the treatment and examination plan of the patient is developed. At release the patient gets the extract with recommendations.

The steps for off-budget acceptance:

The patient can be accepted for hospital treatment on off-budget base:

1) as natural person (payment in cash);

2) as legal entity (directed from organization, payment by transfer);

3) in the line of voluntary health insurance (directed from insurance company, payment by transfer).

The patient comes to department of medical service of ICDC. In the inquiry counter he gets entrance card and goes to physician – coordinator-clinician. The physician – coordinator-clinician determines the profile of department, appoints the necessary minimum of analysis which the patient should pass and orders the patient to the pay consulting of the Head of profile department. The head of department determines the sufficiency of hospitalization, records the patient to certain date.
