In connection to stated aim there was developed a system of activity organization in the center based on determination of activity subject and work results of each direction and lining up the activity according to business process.

With the aim of formation and implementation of common strategy of continuous quality improvement of medical care and medical service, harmonized with federal and international standards in the quality supply sphere the Program “Quality management in State Establishment Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center at 2005-
2007”
was developed, and Permanent committee of quality was appointed in order to hold the clinic and expert activity.

New safety standards for patients and staff, risk minimization of postoperative complications are the results of realized engineering decisions on installation of lamellar air sterilizers and special operative lamps of
Sweden
company ADMECO, keeping sterile air steam above operative table in surgery block.
22 air conditioners and 6 refrigerating units provide the supply of multiple filtered air of optimal temperature to each of 11 surgery rooms and wards.

In place of standard scheme of work where cleanup is performed by paramedical personnel in departments, there is an organized separate subdivision the Service office which duty is pollution control in the buildings and territories of ICDC and etc.

| Nutrition

The clinical nutrition based on 15 traditional types of dietary menus, menu adjustment by dietarian is the most important component of recovery added to standard methods of treatment.
